You don’t need x-ray vision to spot a great business opportunity. You need the right alliances. While every professional brings their own unique strengths to the table, learning how to intentionally build and leverage your professional network is the ultimate superpower for long-term success.
Join us Thursday, April 16th for our next Member Luncheon, presented in partnership with the West Austin Chamber of Commerce, featuring Greg Morrison, Founder of the Morrison Law Firm. With over 35 years of legal experience and deep roots in multiple local and regional networking organizations, Greg knows firsthand that a chamber membership is a dynamic tool for growth.
Greg will share expert insights on how to look beyond the surface-level benefits of your membership. He will break down how to cultivate strategic relationships, harness the energy of your chamber of commerce community, and turn intentional, everyday networking into a measurable force multiplier for your business.
Whether you're a new member looking to plug in or a seasoned business owner ready to expand your footprint, this luncheon will equip you with the strategies to make your network work for you.
Join us! Member Luncheons are $30 for paid GAACC members and cost $40 for non-members and free Associate Members.
NOTE: Anyone registering for this event who is not a current GAACC member will receive a complimentary Associate-level membership to the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce. By registering, you agree to receive email communications from the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce.
Greg Morrison originally opened his firm in Houston, Texas, in 1996. After moving to Austin in 2002 to join a local personal injury firm, he re-opened the Morrison Law Firm in 2007, bringing with him over 35 years of trial experience.
A dedicated community connector and advocate for professional alliances, Greg is an active member of the Austin Bar Association, the Westlake Chamber of Commerce, Business Networking International (BNI), and Networking in Action. His leadership roles include serving as the Chairman of the Westlake Chamber Board (where he currently sits on the Board of Directors again), as well as holding Executive and Area Director Consultant positions for BNI across the Austin, Permian Basin, Northwest Texas, and South Central Texas regions.
Beyond his professional networking expertise, Greg is deeply committed to serving the community. He handles cases with the Volunteer Legal Services of Central Texas, volunteers with Mobile Loaves and Fishes, and is a founding member and Board Director for Deep in the Heart of Sharing, a Texas non-profit created in 2020 to assist those devastated by natural disasters and catastrophes.
The GAACC Member Luncheons series is a meetup held every other month, often in collaboration with a sister chamber of commerce or other valued partner, for business owners, entrepreneurs, and corporate professionals to network and engage while gaining deep insights from a speaker or panel presentation. GAACC Member Luncheons are led by our 2026 Membership Committee Chairs, Vidya Moorthy and Naoko Cole.
The generous support of these sponsors and partners allows GAACC to continue delivering programs to members and to the public with the mission of Serving Local, Thinking Global, and Being Heard - and to support our members through advocacy, education, and connections.
THANK YOU!
