From Invisible to Unstoppable: How to Embrace Your Authentic Power and Own Your Story
This transformational talk is about stepping into your power and owning your story with confidence. Wen shares her personal journey—from an unseen girl in a remote village to a CEO—to demonstrate how resilience, self-belief, and storytelling can shape your future. You’ll learn how to embrace your unique voice, turn obstacles into opportunities, and craft a compelling narrative that not only inspires but also propels you toward the success you deserve. Your story is your superpower—it's time to own it.
About the Presenter
From a small mountain town in China to the innovation hubs of the U.S., Wen Zhang’s journey is a testament to resilience, determination, and the power of daring to dream.
Born in a culture where opportunities for girls were limited—without a car, Internet, or even a clear path forward—Wen taught herself English with a cassette player and persevered through nine failed attempts before finally landing in the U.S. in 2011 to pursue her dream of freedom and impact. Today, Wen is a seasoned entrepreneur, business strategist, and founder of the INNW Institute, where she helps business leaders and entrepreneurs step into their authentic power and turn their boldest visions into reality. Whether guiding startups in securing funding, scaling businesses, or refining their leadership presence, Wen empowers individuals to own their story, amplify their voice, and lead with impact. Wen has supported over 103 businesses worldwide, helping them launch, scale, and raise over $53 million in investments and sales combined.
As a certified Dale Carnegie trainer and facilitator, Wen is a sought-after speaker who shares her powerful journey of breaking barriers, daring to dream, and turning vision into victory. Through a unique blend of storytelling and actionable insights, she challenges leaders to think bigger, take bold action, and push the boundaries of what’s possible—because success starts with the courage to dream.
Wen received a Master's Degree in Marketing from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and an MBA from Duke University.

About the GAACC Women’s Club
The Women's Club is our monthly member meetup in the GAACC where leaders in the community come together to share a meal at one of our member restaurants, while enjoying a leadership presentation or talk. The meetups usually last an hour and a half, with the first 30 minutes dedicated for networking and the next hour for the presentation. Other than these leadership lunches, we also host wellness events from time to time, where the topic of focus is on women's physical and mental health. The GAACC Women's Club is led by our 2025 GAACC Women's Club Captain, Saamiya Seraj, co-founder of A Better Force.
Come join us for our next event! The Women's Club events are free to paid members of the GAACC, and cost only $15 for non-members.
NOTE: Anyone registering for this event who is not a current GAACC member will receive a complimentary Associate-level membership to the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce. By registering, you agree to receive email communications from the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce.
