Austin Asian Impact Day 2025

Austin Asian Impact Day 2025
Tuesday, May 20, 2025 (8:00 AM - 1:30 PM) (CDT)
Description
Celebrate the Impact of Asians in Central Texas.
With the unbelievably rapid growth of Asian communities in Central Texas, it's important to really understand our community needs and connect with those who can help support our local businesses.
Connect with some of our region's topmost City and County officials, including Austin City Manager TC Broadnax and Chief of Staff Genesis Gavino, Austin City Council Members Zo Qadri and Krista Laine, Austin Police Chief Lisa Davis, Travis County District Attorney Jose Garza, and Travis County Judge Andy Brown.
Be seen and be heard.
Advocate for the Central Texas Asian business community and join fellow business leaders to probe AANHPI business community needs. Understand and explore the critical findings from the 2024-25 Asian Impact Survey. Learn more about the powerful positive impact of the Asian community on our regional economy and the challenges we face individually and together.
We are proudly jumping past the usual communication channels to generate open, face-to-face discussion with Greater Austin's civic and business leadership, so join us.
This event takes place throughout the morning into mid-afternoon and includes three stops (short walks between each venue) in Downtown Austin.
