Position Overview

We are seeking an entry-level technician to join our team as a Manufacturing Technician specializing in maintaining the highest levels of product quality and customer satisfaction. The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for assessing the functionality, usability and performance of products, as well as performing periodical spot checks to ensure that products are compliant with applicable regulations. The successful candidate would be familiar with applicable manufacturing tools, methodologies and techniques and will demonstrate a commitment to the development, implementation and enforcement of high standards of production.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform testing as needed in the laboratory to maintain timelines for product disposition.

May be required to perform other related duties as required and/or assigned by supervisor.

Working safely and being accountable for your safety and the safety of your coworkers

Provide chemical protection of the steam generating equipment to minimize outages due to corrosion and deposits in the steam/water cycle components

Minimize the loss of efficiency and possible replacement of water treatment, steam generating, condensing and turbine mechanical components

Maintain bulk chemical and laboratory supplies inventory

Assist regulatory compliance personnel to help ensure compliance with applicable environmental, safety and health regulations

Requirements / Experience

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field or Field Experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.

Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and build effective working relationships.

Proficiency in using proposal management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Bi-lingual in Korean a plus.

Manufacture batches for liquid fill lines per batch records and in specific order

Verify pre-weighed materials and ingredients.

Weigh, measure, and use agitators to mix liquids, solids, and powders.

Use scales and thermometers in auditing batches.

Ensure product and process effectiveness and purity.

Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area.

Operate forklifts to move raw ingredients and finish product safely.

Office based role in Killeen, Texas.
